I got into a heated discussion last night with my significant other about wood paneling on cars. She is 11 years my junior and missed growing up in these by a few years, whereas I caught the tail end of it. How I looked at it was like this, you had class if you had the woody, your family buys econo if you got that wagon or minivan without wood. Besides it just looks good. Long live the (fake) woody!

Had one of these growing up. My brothers and I referred to it as the Millenium Falcon, because it could hold a ton of stuff and was always breaking down. My father didn't appreciate the comparison.
